摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后出血的发病原因及治疗方法。方法本院2007年9月～2011年3月对317例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者行TURP术,8例术后发生出血,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 8例术后出血的患者中,术后早期出血1例,经电切镜止血。迟发性出血7例,经保守治疗治愈。结论术中确切止血及术后加强护理是预防TURP术后出血的关键。电切镜下止血、持续膀胱冲洗、气囊压迫止血、术后药物的使用以及髂内动脉栓塞等是有效的止血方法。
【Objective】 To investigate the etiology and treatment of hemorrhage after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）.【Methods】 From September 2007 to March 2011,we underwent TURP for 317 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）,eight of which occurred hemorrhage after the operation.The datum was collected and analysed.【Results】 In 8 cases occurred hemorrhag after the operation,one was in the early stage and received endoscopic hemostasis,while the other 7 were in late stages and underwent conservative treatment.【Conclusion】 Definite hemostasis and careful nurse may prevent hemorrhage effectively.Endoscopic hemostasis,washing bladder continually,relieving pressure,using drugs and embolization of the internal iliac artery were effective treatment of hemostasis.
