Statistical analysis of the effects of 412 cases of teleconsultation in a hospital

目的 总结回顾近年医院远程会诊工作开展情况.方法对某院412例远程会诊病员信息资料及统计调查资料进行分析统计.结果 74.27%的病员及家属主动要求进行远程会诊咨询,通过会诊85.19%的患者明确诊断,83.01%的患者得到治疗方案.结论开展远程会诊适应患者及家属对诊疗服务的新需求,同时有利于降低医疗风险,医院应尽快健全网络会诊体系.

Objective To summarize the teleconsultation in a hospital in recent years. Methods The information data and survey data of 412 cases of teleconsuhation were analyzed statistically. Results 74.27% of the patients and their family members volunteered for teleconsuhation. 85.19% of the patients got clear diagnosis, and 83.01% patients received treatment. Conclusion Teleconsuhation was carried out to meet the new demand of patients for medical services and to reduce medical risks and hospitals should have a well-established system for internet consultation.
