摘要
该文对采用Web2.0模式的某读书网站案例进行了调查,分析了该网站用户群的基本结构、使用偏好、行为动机、用户体验、用户满意度等,并进而探讨了该类型网站的盈利模式。通过SWOT分析和PEST分析,确定了该类型网站的战略定位。在此案例基础上,还讨论了中国Web2.0市场的盈利模式和发展方向,以及如何发展具有中国特色的Web2.0。结果表明,在面对同质化危机和恐慌的形势下,细分和深度创新是Web2.0创业者最紧要的任务。
A book reading Website which adopts Web 2.0 business model was investigated,with the customers' behavior of the Website analyzed,including the customers' favorite,the performance of online customers,the customers' experience,and the customers' satisfaction.PEST and SWOT methods were used to address the strategy of the Website.Based on the case study,the key problems of developing China's Web 2.0 were studied,such as Web 2.0 payoff modes and developing trends of China's Web 2.0.The results show that subdivision and deep innovation are the most important tasks for Web 2.0 entrepreneurs.
