Credit is a basic factor of modern market economy.In modern market economy,complex economic relationships among various economic entities are held by credit relationship.The credit systemization not only improved the efficiency of economic activities,but also increased social welfare.A sequential system is based on a valid property right system.The results of both general theoritic analysis and positive analysis show that the issue of our nations credit system construction should give consideration to property right system construction.
