摘要
随着新医改政策的实施．各省相继出台了基本药物目录．其中不乏专利期内药品。本文通过文献综述法与比较分析法，分析了专利药物进入基本药物目录的合理性与科学性。现阶段基本药物目录的覆盖注重于“保基本”．而专利药物的特性与“保基本”的目的有所出入，因此．应谨慎选择进入基本药物目录的专利药品。
With the implementation of new medicine policy, the essential drug lists have been released, and some patent drugs have been selected. The purpose of this article is to analyze the rationality for the patent medicine entering the essential drug lists by reviewing literature and comparing the advantages and disadvantages. At present, the essential drug list is focused on ＇guarantee the basic needs of people＇, but the characteristics of patent medicine have the discrepancy in the goal. Therefore, selection of the patent medicine into the essential drug list should be careful.
