摘要
当前工会推进工资集体协商存在的"不敢谈"、"不善谈"等问题,制约了企业工会与企业行政进行工资集体协商中作用的发挥。因此,应加强宣传力度,营造推进工资集体协商的良好社会范围;加强培训,提高工会干部和职工代表协商的能力和水平;修改和完善有关法律法规;加强领导,合力推进。
At present,the problems in collective consultation on wages such as trade union cadres are not dare to bargain,or are not good at bargain,obstructed trade unions to play the role in collective consultation.Therefore,we should strengthen publicity and construct good social atmosphere of enhancing collective consultation on wages,improve training for trade union cadres and employee representatives so as to raise their capability of consultation,improve labor laws and regulations so as to strengthen the system of collective consultation on wages.
