Social security is a basic right of Chinese citizens.It is very important to improve the system of social security in order to protect labor rights and interests.At present,the lack of labor right on social security in China is still serious to a certain extent.Therefore,we should improve the system of social security under the globalization and social and economic transition,so as to protect labor right on social security.
