中国女性乳腺癌患者ERα表达与5年生存率相关性的Meta分析

The Relationship between Estrogen Receptor α Expression and 5-year Survival in Chinese Women with Breast Cancer: A Meta Analysis

[目的]通过meta分析方法,分析中国女性乳腺癌患者雌激素受体α(ERα)表达与5年生存率的相关性。[方法]检索1990～2011年间发表的关于ERα与乳腺癌预后关系研究的文献,采用meta分析及meta回归进行统计分析。[结果]共有26篇文献符合入选标准,乳腺癌患者2566例,其中,乳腺癌组织ERα阳性1504例,ERα阴性1062例。Meta分析发现,中国女性乳腺癌患者ERα表达与5年生存率显著性相关(合并RR值为1.50,95%CI:1.33～1.68)。Meta回归分析发现淋巴结转移是各研究间异质性的主要来源(t=-2.69,P=0.016)。根据淋巴结转移率的不同(40%～55%、55%～70%、70%～80%)进行亚组分析,显示不同亚组中ERα表达与5年生存率均有显著相关性[合并RR值:1.62(95%CI:1.41～1.87),1.44(95%CI:1.25～1.66),1.34(95%CI:1.13～1.58)]。[结论]中国女性乳腺癌患者中,ERα表达阳性患者5年生存率高于ERα表达阴性患者。

[ Purpose ] To evaluate the relationship between estrogen receptor a （ERa expression and 5-year survival in Chinese women with breast cancer by meta analysis. [Method ] The literature con-cerning the investigation of the association between ERa and breast cancer between 1990 and 2011 were searched. A meta analysis and.meta-regression were performed. [Results] Twenty six articles, including 2 566 patients were involved this study. Of them there were I 504 ERos-positive patients and 1 062 ERa-negative patients. Meta analysis showed that 5-year survival was significantly corre- lated to ERa（combined RR=1.50,95%CI： 1.33-1.68）. Meta regres.sion showed that the heterogeneity in this study was mainly from lymph node metastasis （t=-2.69,P=0.016）. The stratified analysis demonstrated that there were still significant correlations between ERa expression and 5-year sur- vival in different groups of lympl？ node metastasis （40%-55%,55%-70% and 70%-80% [combined RR 1.62 （95%C1：1.41-1.87）,1A4 （95% CI： 1.25-1.66） and 1.34 （95% CI： 1.13-1.58）,respectively）]. [Conclusion] The 5-year survival in female patients with ERa （＋） is higher than that with ERa（-） in Chinese.
