The Expression of CDC25B in Patient with Breast Cancer and its Clinical Significance

[目的]评价细胞分裂周期蛋白25B(CDC25B)在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。[方法]2004年1月至2005年12月经病理证实的女性原发性浸润性乳腺癌111例,采用免疫组化方法检测CDC25B表达情况。[结果]CDC25B高表达47例,占42.3%(47/111)。CDC25B高表达组中腋淋巴结阳性26例,占55.3%(26/47);低表达组中腋淋巴结阳性23例,占35.9%(23/64),两组间淋巴结转移率差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。CDC25B高表达组与低表达组的5年生存率分别为80.9%和92.2%(Log-Rankχ2=4.384,P=0.036)。[结论]乳腺癌组织中CDC25B高表达可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移有关。

[Purpose ] To investigate the expression of cell division cycle 25B （CDC25B） in patient with breast cancer and its significance. [Methods] The CDC25B expressions in 111 female cases with primary invasive breast cancer pathologically proved from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2005 were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] High expression rate of CDC25B was 42.3%（47/111 ）. The positive rate of axillat.y lymph nodes in high CDC25B expression was 55.3%（26/47）,while it was 35.9%（23/64） in low. expression group with a significantly difference in the two groups （P= 0.042）. The 5-year survival of high or low CDC25B expression groups was 80.9%, 92.2% respectively（Log-Rank X2=4.384, P=0.036）： [Conclusion] The expression of CDC25B might be correlated to carcinogensis, cancer progress and metastasis in breast cancer.
