多发、巨大髓外浆细胞瘤1例
Multiple and Giant Extramedullary Plasmacytoma:One Case Reoprt
摘要
髓外浆细胞瘤（extramedullary plasmacytoma,EMP）是一种少见的浆细胞肿瘤,仅占全身浆细胞瘤的1%～2%,可发生于任何髓外组织或器官,约80%患者发生于上呼吸道,常见于鼻腔鼻窦、鼻咽部、口腔[1]。文献报道的EMP多以单发为主,多发、巨大的髓外浆细胞瘤较罕见,现将我院收治的1例多发、巨大的髓外浆细胞瘤报告如下。
