为解决国家颁布的通信工程监理费收费标准因表中缺少各段的计费额范围和内插值,并且工程计费额范围、收费基价、内插值、收费基价计费额的对应关系不明确,而无法进行正常计算等问题,研究了收费标准的客观规律。确定各段计费额的范围和内插值、各子项的对应关系,补充和完善了收费标准。最后介绍用内插法计算监理费的实例。
