摘要
观察野西瓜果实乙酸乙酯萃取物(CEE)对阿霉素所致小鼠心脏毒性的保护作用并初步探讨其作用机制,进一步表明CEE疗效可能与其抗氧化作用有关.一次性腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素(15 mg/kg)造成小鼠急性心脏损伤模型,测定血清LDH,CK,全血中总抗氧化能力(T-OAC)、心肌组织CAT、SOD、MDA中抗氧化酶的活力,观察野西瓜果实乙酸乙酯萃取物不同剂量(40、80、120 mg/kg)对小鼠血清心肌酶及心肌组织中抗氧化酶活力的影响.阿霉素导致小鼠血清心肌酶指标显著升高,心肌组织抗氧化酶活力降低,野西瓜乙酸乙酯萃取物不同给药剂量均能减轻心肌损伤、抑制心肌组织中抗氧化酶活力下降.野西瓜果实乙酸乙酯萃取物对阿霉素心脏毒性具有保护作用,其作用机制与CEE消除自由基、增强抗氧化酶活性、抑制脂质过氧化有关.
This paper observed Capparis spinosa L.on fruit ethyl acetate extract(CEE) on adriamycin-induced cardiac toxicity of protection and to explore its role in the mechanism,which indicated that the effects of CEE might relate to its role of antioxidant.Heart damage in mice models of acute was made by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin hydrochloride(15 mg/kg),serum LDH,CK levels,whole blood total antioxidant capacity(T-OAC),myocardial tissue CAT,SOD,MDA in antioxidant enzyme activity were determined.Observed the influence of ethyl acetate extract of CS with different doses(40,80,120 mg/kg) on activity of serum enzymes and cardiac tissue antioxidant enzyme.Serum enzymes activity induced by adriamycin was increased.Myocardial antioxidant enzyme activity was reduced.ethyl acetate extract of CS with different dose could reduce myocardial damage and inhibit activity of antioxidant enzymes in myocardial tissue.Capparis spinosa L.fruit ethyl acetate extracts of doxorubicin cardiac toxicity has a protective effect,its mechanism might related to the elimination of free radicals induced by CEE,enhancement of activity of antioxidant enzymes and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
