摘要
采用HPLC技术,建立了分析小鼠血液中全氟辛酸(PFOA)的方法.分析柱为C18反相柱,淋洗液为乙腈、醋酸铵,采用梯度洗脱,待测物PFOA在15 min内可被检测出来,紫外吸收波长为210 nm.本方法将应用于血样实际样品中PFOA的检测.在6 h时全氟辛酸(PFOA)的毒性在血液中达到最大.
Using HPLC technology,this paper established and analyzed perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) method of the blood of mice.The C18 column as the analytical column,acetonitrile,ammonium acetate,eluent gradient elution,analyte PFOA in 15 minutes could be detected by UV absorption wavelength of 210 nm.The method was applied in real samples of PFOA blood test.At 6 h when the perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) toxicity in the blood reaches the maximum.
