摘要
以永兴村至哈尔滨为研究河段,溢油计算过程引用"油粒子"模型,计算结果采用Tecplot软件进行后处理.模型有效地仿真了研究河段溢油事故发生后油膜运移规律.计算结果表明,事故发生后,油膜呈带状,其长度和中心位置随河道形势变化发展.30 min后油膜扩展到岸边,并且油的质量浓度沿河段岸线随时间延续逐渐累积污染.该模型的研制对建立内河突发性溢油事故预警与决策支持系统具有重要意义.
Calculation of oil spill processes uses "oil particle"model,in which Yongxing-Harbin Songhua River was considered as the research object.The calculated results are post treated by Tecplot.This model has effectively simulated oil spill in Songhua River.The results showed: the shape of oil film was ribbon like.Center and shape of oil film changes with the situation of the river.Oil film exposed to the shore after 0.5 hour,the concentration of which increase along the shoreline of Songhua river with time going on.The model could effectively support to advanced warning system and decision management system of oil spill in Songhua River.
