体育场馆安全容量评估方法研究

Study of safe capacity assessment on stadium

针对目前我国体育场馆安全评估不够完善的问题,借鉴《绿色指南》场馆安全容量评估方法,结合我国建筑标准与人员行为习惯,重新标定容量计算算法参数,细化关键因子(P、S因子)的取值,并结合实际工程案例分析,详细给出了场馆保有容量、入口容量、出口容量以及紧急出口的计算步骤,最后通过计算机分别对评估前、后的场馆容量进行仿真,仿真结果表明评估后的场馆容量更能满足人员安全需求.

In view of sports safety assessment in our country is not perfect at present,referred to the safe capacity assessment methodology of ＂Green Guide＂,considered of our country construction standards and people behavior,re-demarcated capacity calculation algorithm parameters,refined the key factor＇s values（P,S factor）,combined with engineering case studies,introduced the calculation steps of hold capacity,entrance capacity,exit capacity as well as the emergency evacuation capacity in detail,and simulated respectively the before and after capacity by computer,the results showed that the assessment of the sports capacity well met the security needs of staff.
