政治理论课是党在军队开展的政治工作的重要组成部分，是军队思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地。作为没有部队经历的文职人员，提高政治理论课教学能力，要从坚定理论信仰、提升知识水平、拓宽沟通渠道等方面下功夫。

Political theory is an essential part of the Party＇s political work as well as a main channel and chief front for the ideological and political education＇s propaganda in the military. Civilians working in the mil- itary without relevant experiences, in order to improve their teaching competence must hold theoretical beliefs firmly, enhance knowledge level and broaden channels of communication, etc.
