摘要 植物叶绿体可以作为生物反应器表达外源重组蛋白。在叶绿体中表达抗原、抗体、抗癌因子、蛋白类抗生素等药用蛋白,能够大大降低生产成本,同时更加安全,具有巨大的商业价值。经过近些年来的研究和改进,目的蛋白在叶绿体中的表达量有了很大的提高;在叶绿体中生产出来的一些药用蛋白质通过小鼠实验验证,具有高的免疫原性,为商业化生产医用蛋白奠定了基础。本文对在叶绿体中表达外源蛋白的最新研究进展进行了综述。 Chloroplasts are ideal bioreactors for the production of foreign recombinant proteins. Expression of pharmaceutical proteins,such as antigens ,antibodies and antibiotics in chloroplast ,has great commercial value due to the low cost and security. In recent years, the development of optimized expression strategies has given a huge boost to foreign proteins expression;some pharmaceutical proteins are highly immunogenic,which lay the foundation for commercialization of pharmaceutical proteins. This paper summarizes the recent advances on foreign protein production by chloroplast engmeenng.
