农村劳动力流动、农业发展和中国土地流转

Rural labor migration,agricultural development and land circulation in China

通过实证研究验证了这样一个疑问:明显的农业增长是否因为农村劳动力迁移而为农村土地流转提供了变革空间?结果表明:农村劳动力流动对农业经济增长有着显著的影响,但是劳动力流动却没有促进农户的土地流转。这说明了农村劳动力流动没有内生的影响到农村土地流转,农村土地流转市场的发育需要以外部推动来健全。最后提出了展望。

The empirical research in this paper proved such a question： did rural labor migration provide the chance of land circulation, or the rural labor migration has not improved the agricultural production obvious, need to break from the land circulation？ Results showed that rural labor flow has significant influence on agricul- tural economic growth, but the land circulation of peasant households is inversely proportional to the labor mobili- ty. This shows that the labor mobility is not endogenous to influence land circulation. The development of rural land circulation market needs for an external boost to the sound. Finally prospection is put forward.
