癌症患者血清Hepcidin、IL-6和SF表达特点及其在贫血发生中的意义

摘要 目的研究Hepcidin、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和铁蛋白(SF)在癌症患者中的表达特点以及在癌症相关性贫血发生发展中的意义。方法应用双抗夹心生物素-亲和素-酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC-ELISA)方法检测190例癌症患者的血清Hepcidin、IL-6和SF水平,并进行相关分析。另以同期30名健康献血员做为对照组。结果①癌症患者的血清Hepcidin和IL-6分别为40.67±7.98ug/L和17.99±47.56ng/L均明显高于对照组的23.17±5.21ug/L和7.89±9.62ng/L(P<0.01,P<0.05)。癌症贫血患者的血清Hepcidin和IL-6分别为51.99±32.56 ug/L和39.36±82.63 ng/L均明显高于无贫血患者的36.63±31.99 ug/L和10.78±22.00 ng/L(P<0.01,P<0.05)。②癌症患者的SF明显高于对照组(分别为72.33±46.52ng/L和53.18±13.38ng/L,P<0.05);但贫血和无贫血患者之间则无显著差异。③癌症Hepcidin与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.216,t=3.0182,P<0.01);与SF呈负相关(r=-0.270,t=3.8571,P<0.01),但SF与IL-6不相关。④癌症患者血红蛋白值与Hepcidin和IL-6呈负相关(分别为r=-0.165、和-0.152,均为P<0.05);但与SF不相关。结论癌性贫血患者高表达Hepcidin和IL-6,Hepcidin与IL-6呈正相关、与SF呈负相关,它们在癌性贫血的发生发展过程中起重要的作用。癌症患者高表达SF,但有无贫血患者之间无明显差异,癌症患者血红蛋白值与Hepcidin和IL-6呈负相关。 【Objective】 To study the significance of Hepcidin,interlukin-6(IL-6) and serum ferritin(SF) in cancer-related anemia,and the relation between Hepcidin and the relations between Hepcidin and IL-6,and SF.【Methods】 To detect the levels of serum Hepcidin,IL-6 and SF in 190 patients with cancer by ABC-ELISA,and analyze the relations among Hepcidin and anemia,IL-6.30 healthy blood donors in the same period are in control group.【Results】 ①The levels of serum Hepcidin and IL-6 in patients with cancer were 40.67±7.98ug/L和17.99±47.56ng/L respectively,which were significantly higher than those of patients in control group(23.17±5.21ug/L和7.89±9.62ng/L,P〈0.01 and P〈0.05 respectively)).The level of serum Hepcidin and IL-6 in patients with cancer-related anemia were 51.99±32.56ug/L and 39.36±82.63 ng/L respectively,which were obviously higher than the level in patients without anemia(36.63±31.99ug/L and 10.78±22.00 ng/L,P〈0.01 and P〈0.05 respectively);②The levels of serum SF in patients were higher than those of control group(72.33±46.52ng/L vs 53.18±13.38ng/L,P〈0.05),but there were not significance between the patients with anemia and without anemia;③The level of Hepcidin in patients with cancer was positively correlated with the levels of IL-6(r=0.216,t=3.0182,P〈0.01),while it was negatively correlated with the levels of SF(r=-0.270,t=3.8571,P〈0.01),but there not correlation between IL-6 and SF;④The level of hemoglobin in patients with cancer is negatively correlated with the levels of Hepcidin and IL-6(r=-0.165,r=-0.152,P〈0.05 respectively),while it has no correlation between SF and hemoglobin.【Conclusion】 The expressions of Hepcidin and IL-6 were higher in patients with cancer-related anemia,and which the level of Hepcidin was positively correlated with those of IL-6,and they all play important parts in the development and progression of cancer-related anemia.The expressions of SF were higher in patients with cancer,but there not significance between patients with anemia and non-anemia.
