摘要
目的探讨活髓牙隐裂综合佂治疗的临床效果。方法 103例138颗活髓隐裂牙根据临床表现及检查结果,分别进行树脂充填、根管治疗及全冠修复的综合治疗。结果经综合治疗的活髓隐裂牙随访1～2年,103例138颗患牙追踪随访2年,成功98颗,成功率达71.01%;症状改善23颗,占16.67%;总有效率为87.68%。失败17颗,占12.32%。结论对活髓牙隐裂综合佂早期采用全冠直接修复的方法可以达到保留天然牙、保留活髓,以及保持其生理功能的效果。
