GTR技术在根尖手术中的应用研究
摘要
根尖周病变造成的根周骨缺损是患牙后期修复与充填的禁忌之一,良好的根管治疗对于复杂的根管外形及多个副根管周围的病变所造成的骨缺损,并不能有效的恢复根周骨组织,而骨和骨代用品移植的疗效也不能让人满意,在国外有大量应用膜技术治疗根尖病变的研究,但其对根尖外科术后的骨愈合的影响并不明确。
