关中地区非农化过程中农地资源损失研究

Farmland resource loss in the process of farmland conversion in Guanzhong region

综合运用C-D生产函数、供需函数和厂商定价公式对关中地区非农化过程中农地资源损失量进行了测算。结果显示:2000～2007年间关中地区农地资源代价性损失量为10773hm2,过度性损失量ⅰ为14247hm2,过度性损失量ⅱ为5474hm2;过度性损失量ⅰ的比重西安和咸阳较高,杨凌和渭南较低;过度性损失量ⅱ杨凌和渭南比重较高,西安和咸阳比重较低。

Combining the actual process of farmland conversion in Guanzhong region,we used the C-D production function,the manufacturers pricing formula and the supply and demand function to calculate the inevitable loss,the excessive loss ⅰ,the excessive lossⅱ of the farmland resources.The result showed that from 2000 to 2007 in Guanzhong region the inevitable loss of farmland resource was 10773hm2,the excessive lossⅰwas 14247hm2,the excessive lossⅱwas 5474hm2;Xi＇an and Xianyang had the highest percentage of inevitable lossⅰ,Yangling and Weinan had the lowest percentage;To the excessive lossⅱYangling and Weinan had the highest percentage,Xi＇an and Xianyang had the lowest percentage.
