铅胁迫对刺槐和紫穗槐抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of lead stress on antioxidant enzymes activities of Robinia psedoacacia and Amaorpha fruticosa

摘要 通过盆栽实验研究了重金属铅(Pb)胁迫对1年生刺槐、紫穗槐叶片抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:刺槐和紫穗槐叶片SOD活性随铅胁迫的增加呈先上升后下降趋势;当铅浓度大于2.5g/kg时,紫穗槐叶片SOD活性显著高于刺槐叶片;紫穗槐POD活性在铅浓度为3.5mg/kg时达到最高,之后下降,紫穗槐叶片POD活性明显高于刺槐叶片。紫穗槐和刺槐叶片MDA含量变化趋势相同,刺槐叶片MDA含量均高于紫穗槐叶片。综合分析,紫穗槐的抗性优于刺槐。 The effects of heavy metal Pb on antioxidant enzymes activities(SOD、POD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration in the leaves of one-year old seedlings of Robinia psedoacacia and Amaorpha fruticosa were studied with pot experiments.Results showed that the activities of the SOD in the leaves of Robinia psedoacacia and Amaorpha fruticosa increased significantly in the treatments of Pb2+ stress compared with the control at the lower concentration,and subsequently decreased along with higher concentration;The SOD activity of Amaorpha fruticosa was significantly higher than that of Robinia psedoacacia when Pb2+ stress concentration was greater than 2.5g/kg.The POD activity of Amaorpha fruticosa increased to the maximum at the pb2+ concentration of 3.5g/kg and decreased gradually,the POD activity of Amaorpha fruticosa was significantly higher than that of Robinia psedoacacia.There was a same trend of the MDA content in Robinia psedoacacia as in Amaorpha fruticosa.The MDA content in Robinia psedoacacia was higher than that of Amaorpha fruticosa.This results indicated that the resistance of Amaorpha fruticosa was better than Robinia psedoacacia.
