历史街区的保护与动态规划研究——以吉林省6大历史街区为例

Conservation and dynamic planning of historical area:case study of 6 historical blocks in Jinlin Province

历史街区是城市历史文化的重要组成部分,承载了城市的历史文脉。因此,对历史街区进行保护和规划是城市历史文化遗产保护的重要环节。但由于多年来,静态保护观念的延续,使得历史街区没有得到科学有效地保护,出现了诸多注重单体保护、缺少公众参与、文化氛围破坏、本真性缺失等问题。文中在总结和阐述历史街区内涵、动态保护等理论的基础上,对吉林省6大历史街区的价值和发展现状进行分析,并针对实际存在的问题提出了保护与动态规划的建议,希望对相关问题的解决和研究有所启示。

Historic Districts are an important part of cities＂ historic culture and are loaded with the historic con-texts of cities. Therefore, protecting and planning these historic districts are the critical links for preserving the historic cultural heritages. However, over the years, for the view of static protection being extended, the historicdistricts havent been protected scientifically and efficiently, instead leading to kinds of negative problems such asonly emphasizing the single sites＇s protection, the people participation is lacked, cultural atmosphere is broken and authenticity is lacked. We analyzed the six historic districts^value and development situation in Jinlin province after summarizing and explaining the connotation of its. Meanwhile we provided the suggestions of protection according to the real problems existing and hoping to present kind of enlightenment for the solution of problems concerned.
