摘要
采用Dynaform软件对具有几何尺寸的真实拉延筋进行数值模拟分析。主要通过控制拉延筋高度变化使材料各部位的变形趋于均匀,从而可以较大程度地防止板料沿凹模口周边产生起皱、破裂、波纹等成形缺陷,进一步改善成形件品质。对拉延阻力的模拟结果进行分析,得到拉延筋的高度控制对盒形件成形质量的影响。
This paper through the control of can greatly control the uses the Dynaform software to simulate the geometric size of true drawbead and the height of various drawbead to make the material deformation even. Thus it sheet forming defects along the concave die such as the wrinkling, rupture andso on. This paper further improves the forming quality and makes the basis on the experiment of various drawbead's height.
