腹部结外淋巴瘤：CT影像学表现与病理学的关系

Extranodal Lymphoma of the Abdomen:CT Imaging Manifestations with Pathologic Correlation

淋巴瘤是一组发生于淋巴结和(或)结外淋巴组织及单核巨噬细胞系统的恶性肿瘤。腹部有着丰富的结外淋巴组织,故淋巴瘤常侵犯腹腔各脏器的结外淋巴组织,而CT表现多种多样,与腹部其他恶性肿瘤或炎症病变相似,极易混淆。本文就腹部结外淋巴瘤的CT影像学表现与病理学的关联性作一综述,以进一步提高对腹部结外淋巴瘤的认识和CT诊断的正确率。

Lymphoma is a group of malignant tumors which occurs in the lymph nodes and / or part of the extranodal lymphatic tissues as well as mononuclear macrophages system. There are abundant lymph nodes and/or extranodal lymphatic tissues in the abdomen. Lymphoma often invades extranodal lymphoid tissue of the celiac viscera, whose CT manifestations are various. Extranodal lymphoma in the abdomen can mimic with other abdominal neoplastic or inflammatory conditions. The purpose of this article is to review the CT imaging manifestations with pathologic correlation on extranodal lymphoma in the ab- domen, so as to further improve the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of the CT for the extranodal lymphoma in the abdomen.
