清创胶联合易孚治疗2型糖尿病合并压疮患者的疗效观察

目的:探讨清创胶联合易孚治疗2型糖尿病合并压疮患者的临床效果。方法:选取54例2型糖尿病合并压疮患者,将其随机分为观察组(n=28)和对照组(n=26),分别采用清创胶联合易孚(观察组)和常规清创联合金因肽治疗(对照组)。比较两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者疗效显著(P<0.01),愈合率明显提高(P<0.01),平均愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:清创胶联合易孚治疗2型糖尿病合并压疮患者疗程短、效果佳。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of debridement glue united recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel acted on Type 2 Diabetic patients with pressure sore.Methods：54 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into the observation group（n=28） treated with debridement glue united recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel and the control group（n=26）treated with conventional debridement united Genetime,the effect of remedy and the time of wound healing were compared.Results：Compared with the control group,the observation group patients not only achieved Unexpected therapeutic effect（P0.01）,the cure rate was improved remarkably（P0.01）,but also shortened the average healing time significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of treatment that debridement glue united recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel treatment on type 2 diabetic patients with pressure sore is better with a short process.
