摘要
目的:探讨多媒体健康教育在儿童臀肌挛缩康复中的应用效果。方法:将60例臀肌挛缩患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,实验组行多媒体健康教育,对比两组患儿康复效果、康复锻炼护士指导次数及健康教育满意度。结果:实验组患儿的康复效果和满意度优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验组患儿康复锻炼护士指导次数少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:多媒体健康教育更直观,能激发臀肌挛缩患儿康复锻炼的主动性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the applications of multimedia health education in rehabilitation of gluteal muscle contracture in children. Metheds: 60 patients with gluteal muscle contracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group use routine methods of health education, the experimental group applies multimedia health edacation, compared with two groups by the effect of rehabilitation,the time for health education and satisfaction with the results of health education. Results : The effect of rehabilitation and satisfaction of experimental group are better than the control group; the time for health education in the experimental spend less than the control group. Conclusion: Multimedia health education is more intuitive and stimulate the initiative of rehabilitation of the gluteal muscle contracture in children. It could be widely applied.
