循证护理在持续腰大池引流治疗中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing for patients treated with continuous cerebrospinal fluid drainage

目的:探讨循证护理在持续腰大池引流治疗患者应用的效果。方法:对30例行持续腰大池引流治疗患者通过提出循证问题、寻求循证支持、循证应用等进行循证护理。结果:27例患者效果满意,无并发症发生,2例患者发生低颅压,1例堵管。结论:采用循证护理对腰大池引流术后患者进行护理可减少并发症,提高疗效。

Objective ：To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing used in patients treated with continuous cerebrospinal fluid drainage. Methods ：30 patients continued treatment of patients with continuous cerebrospinal fluid drainage of evidence by asking questions, seeking evidence - based support, evidence-based application of evidence-based care. Results ：27 patients with satisfactory results and no complications occurred. 2 patients occurred low intracranial pressure, and 1 blocked tube. Conclusion ：The use of evidence- based nursing of patients after continuous cerebrospinal fluid drainage for care can reduce comvlications, vrovide stron~ sunDort for the efficacy.
