摘要
目的:探讨应用"工作日志法"增加实习护生专科知识的效果。方法:随机将2010年7月~2011年5月99名护生分为10个小组,对照组采用传统的带教模式,试验组在此基础上增加"工作日志法"教学:应用本科室设计的工作日志小册子,护生记录疾病诊断,组织专科理论小讲座、特殊病例查房、启发式讨论等。入科前两组护生口腔科护理理论考核成绩比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果:两组护生出科密闭式输液技术操作考试中综合能力、专科理论考核成绩比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:"工作日志法"在护生的临床实习中能激发其学习动机,有助于提高专科理论知识,值得推广。
Objective: To expbore the effects of “Work diaries” to increase specialized field knowledge for the clinical practice nurses. Methods : 99 nursing students from July 2010 to May 2011 were divided into 10 groups randomly. Control group was used by the traditional teaching mode,experimental group with in the traditional teaching modes add “ Work diaries ” . Results : The theoretical examination result of the two groups has significant difference ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: “Work diaries” can improve college theory knowledge and stimulate the students' study motive,it is the feasible method in clinical teaching.
