临床护理路径在高血压脑出血微创手术患者中的应用研究

The study of clinical nursing pathway to the patients suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by micro-wounded operation

目的:探讨临床护理路径在高血压脑出血微创手术患者中的应用。方法:将我院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的43例均采用微创手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者随机分为试验组(22例)和对照组(21例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用临床护理路径,比较两组患者的临床疗效及护理效果。结果:试验组疗效的总有效率、生活能力及神经缺损程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组的住院时间、住院费用、健康教育内容的达标率、护理质量的满意率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在高血压脑出血微创手术中的应用有利于提高患者对疾病的认识,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高护理质量,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the use of clinical nursing pathway to the patient suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by micro wounded op eration. Methods：43 with suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by micro wounded operation from June 2009 to June 2010 were divided into two groups randomly, 22 cases in experimental group and 21 cases in the control group. The control group received the routine procedure care and the exper imental group with the clinical nursing pathway. Compared the clinical and nursing effect between the two groups. Results：Several aspects such as total effec tive rate, living viability, nerver＇s defect degree, In hospital time , in hospital cost, standard of health education and satisfactory rate to the nursing works have been contrasted, the experimental group was much better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The use of clinical nursing pathway to the patient suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by micro wounded operation is propitious to raise awareness of patients with diseases, shorten in patient time, reduce hospitalization expenses and Improve the quality of nursing work, and is worth being popularized in clinical work.
