摘要 目的:探讨临床路径在危重症急救护理教学中的应用及效果。方法:将60名全军危重症急救护理示范基地学员分为观察组与对照组,对照组28名,观察组32名,观察组采用临床路径带教方法,对照组采用传统带教方法,评价两组学员在危重症理论、急救操作技能及危重症病例观察分析等方面能力改变情况以及学员对教学的满意度。结果:观察组学员危重症理论知识水平、急救操作技能及危重症病例观察分析能力相对于对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);对教学满意度,观察组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:将临床路径运用于危重症急救护理教学中,能明显提高教学质量及学员对教学满意度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical pathway in critical care teaching. Methods: Divided 60 emergency care model army randomly into two groups who were in critical ill base , 28 eases in control group , 32 cases in observation group. We used the clinical pathway in observation group while with the control group using traditional teaching methods. Participants were evaluated in the critically ill theory, first aid skills and critically ill patients the ability to change observation and analysis, etc ,as well as the satisfaction of teaching students. Results: In critically ill theoretical knowledge, first aid skills and critically ill patients and the teaching satisfaction , observation group were significantly better than control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : The clinical pathway used in crltieally ill patients in emergency nursing education, students critically ill patients can significantly improve the theory of first aid, first aid skills, ability to observe and analyze critically ill patients and teaching satisfaction.
