印染废水污泥的资源化焚烧综合利用技术

COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY AS A RESOURCE BY INCINERATION TREATMENT ON SLUDGE FROM PRINTING AND DYEING WASTEWATER

印染废水污泥的量大、污染重,目前印染废水污泥处理处置的主要问题表现在污泥处理处置率低、工艺不完善、技术设备落后、管理水平和设计水平低、投资低等问题。因此如不进行有效的处理将对生态环境造成极其不利的影响。文章就印染废水处理的污泥来源和危害、印染污泥的处理、印染污泥的干热化等方面进行了阐述,着重介绍了污泥的焚烧处置技术。

The wastewater and sludge discharged in a large volume from printing and dyeing works bring se- vere pollution. At present, the major problems of sludge disposal include the lower sludge disposal rate, imperfect technology, lagging technical equipment, the lower level of management and design, and less invest- ment etc. So the pollution would pose a great threat to the environment if no action were effectively taken. The article discusses the source and harm of wastewater sludge, sludge disposal and its dry-hot work and so on. Meanwhile it introduces and emphasizes the sludge incineration treatment technology.
