摘要
通过分析东汽CAP1400半转速核电汽轮机的低压缸支撑方式,详细阐述了低压内、外缸落地方式的设计过程,并着重列举了设计过程中的重点和难点,通过论述证明,低压缸支撑方式的设计为东汽CAP1400第三代压水堆核电汽轮机低压缸的自主化设计奠定了坚实的基础。
Through the analysis of low pressure（LP） casing support style of CAP1400 half speed nuclear steam turbines made by Dongfang Turbine Co.,Ltd.,the design process of LP inner and outer casing grounding style is described in detail,and highlights and difficulties in design process are enumerated emphatically.It is demonstrated that the support style design of LP casing lays solid foundation for the LP casing independent design of the third generation of CAP1400 PWR nuclear power steam turbine.
