摘要
旨在通过几种典型温度信号处理在DCS(分散控制系统)上的实现,探讨如何充分利用计算机强大的逻辑判断能力和数值计算能力,更好地分析判断设备的运行状况,对温度保护的误动和拒动做出更合理的判断,对连续时间内温度变化做出预测,提醒运行人员及早发现异常,及时处理,避免事态扩大,维护机组安全。
Through the implementation of several typical temperature treatment using DCS(Distributed Control System) system,this paper aims to address how to use the computer/'s powerful logic judgment ability and numerical calculation ability to analyze and judge the device/'s operation situation better.It helps to make more rational judgments for the misacting and refusing act of temperature protection to predict the temperature change for continuous time.These methods can help the operator to find abnormal situation earlier,and tackle them in time,to decrease effects caused by incident and keep unit safety.
