Through the implementation of several typical temperature treatment using DCS（Distributed Control System） system,this paper aims to address how to use the computer／＇s powerful logic judgment ability and numerical calculation ability to analyze and judge the device／＇s operation situation better.It helps to make more rational judgments for the misacting and refusing act of temperature protection to predict the temperature change for continuous time.These methods can help the operator to find abnormal situation earlier,and tackle them in time,to decrease effects caused by incident and keep unit safety.
