摘要 由于受光照、温度等自然条件的影响,目前光伏电站联网运行时可调度性能差,给电网稳定运行带来影响,造成电力用户供电电能质量不高。分析了配备混合储能系统的联网光伏电站的基本结构,从电网角度探讨了光伏电站的可调度运行模式;提出了评价蓄电池寿命的SOH动态指标,建立了超级电容器及蓄电池的功率输出模型;针对光伏电源输出功率波动问题,采用混合储能对其进行平滑控制,优化了输出功率特性,为制定调度计划奠定了基础。通过Matlab编程仿真,验证了所提出方法的有效性。 Due to the influence of sunlight, temperature and other natural conditions, current networking photo- voltaic power plants with poor scheduling performance will be an impact on the stable operation of power grids, and the quality power supply for power users cannot be ensured, too. This paper, based on the analysis of networking structure of photovoltaic power plants with hybrid energy storage system, explores the dispatching operation mode from the perspective of grid. The paper proposes "SOH" as a dynamic index to measure the state of health of bat- tery, and then establishes power output models of the supercapacitor and battery; Aimed to solve the problem of the fluctuations of predictive power, hybrid energy storage system is used to optimize the output power, and it is a precondition to make scheduling plans. The results of Matlab programming show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
