摘要 通过对液柱塔柱状射流液柱雾化特性进行试验研究,发现液滴破碎可以分为凸起变形、扭曲、破碎3个过程。提出液柱雾化过程由撞击雾化和碰壁雾化组成,分析了这两个过程的雾化机理,其中碰壁雾化又分为液滴反弹、扩展和飞溅3个阶段。对雾化高度理论公式进行了修正,修正之后的理论值和实际值基本吻合。 Three processes was found when the liquid column jetted into the broken droplets which can be divided into convex, twisted, broken. Proposed that the atomization process of liquid column tower consist of impact atom- ization and run into a wall atomization. Analysis of the atomization mechanism of the two processes, and the run into a wall atomization have droplet rebound, expand, splash stages. Modified the high degree of atomization of theoretical formula. After modified, the theoretical and actual values are basically consistent.
