摘要
以某电厂300MW常规煤粉炉膛为研究对象,将传统的热力计算方法进行改进,得到O2/CO2气氛下锅炉主要热力参数的计算方法。计算了不同O2浓度的O2/CO2气氛下燃烧的主要参数并对计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明,当O2浓度为0.3时各个主要的热力参数和空气气氛下最接近。以O2浓度为0.3为例,假定炉膛吸热量不改变,通过改进的热力计算方法,将炉膛结构进行合理的改造,得到一种炉膛结构。对改造前后的炉膛结构进行了热力计算,并且对计算结果进行了对比分析。研究表明,改造后的炉膛可以用于O2/CO2气氛的燃烧。
Take a 300 MW conventional pulverized coal furnace as research object, improving the traditional ther- modynamic calculation methods, the main thermodynamic methods of O2/CO2 atmosphere for the boiler is obtained to calculate the different concentrations of O2 and analysis the results. The results show that when the O2 concentra- tion is 0. 3, the major thermal parameters is closest with air atmosphere. Take O2 concentration to 0. 3 as an exam- ple, assume that the furnace heat absorption is not changed, by improving the thermal calculation method to the furnace to canT out the transformation of the structure, the structure of a new type of furnace is acquired. Carry out thermodynamic calculation for two objects and analysis the comparative results, the research shows that the modi- fied structure of the furnace is appropriate for O2CO2 combustion.
