摘要
利用煤耗在线性能试验系统从厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的镜像数据库中采集数据,计算机组在300MW负荷以上各个工况的煤耗,经过拟合得到机组实测的煤耗曲线、燃煤量曲线和微増率曲线。据此,以开封火电厂超临界2×600MW机组为例,以发电费用为目标函数进行机组负荷优化分配计算,指导机组经济运行。
By using the on- line coal consumption calculating system, the data acquisition lrom mirror database of plant level supervisory information sytem (SIS) has been realized, the coal consumption under condition of unit load being more than 300 MW was calculated, through fitting, the curve of measured coal consumption, the curve of fuel coal quantity, and the curve of micro - increasing rate have been obtained. Based on these, taking 2 × 600 MW units in Kaifeng Thermal Power Plant as example, and taking the expenses in power generation as the target function,the optimal distribution of unit load has been calculated,so as to guide the economic operation of untis .
