摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑推理等研究方法,以浙江省高职院校开展拓展训练课程的拓展教师作为研究对象,旨在对浙江省高职院校拓展教师开发利用的现状进行研究,阐明拓展教师是拓展训练课程取得成败的关键,提出了浙江省高职院校拓展教师的开发策略。
Taking the Teachers of vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province which carry out outward bound courses as objects,this article researches on the development and utilization of teachers for the outward bound Courses of vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province by adopting the methods of documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical reasoning.It expounds the Teachers are the core of Success or failure for the outward bound courses and proposes development strategy for teachers of outward bound.
