摘要
为了探讨武术健身对大学师生主观幸福感的影响,进一步提高大学师生的主观幸福感水平,研究以中国居民主观幸福感量表(简表)中的五个健康体验为检测指标,采用spss17.0统计软件对随机选取的40名大学师生数据进行实验对比分析。结果表明,武术健身活动对增强机体的免疫力、减轻压力、治疗和缓解各种疾病复发有着较好的医疗和保健作用,对提升人们的自信心,改善人际间的交往问题,提高自身修养水平,建立良好的人际关系等,有着很好的引导和调节作用。
To explore the effect of the practice of Wushu on the Zhejiang University teachers and students' subjective well being,go a step further to improve the subjective well being level of the aforementioned teachers and students,we carried out this investigative and research report.In this study,Chinese residents of subjective well-being scale(summary table) in five health activities for the detection of targets,using statistical software spss17.0 randomly selected 40 University teachers and students for comparison and for data analysis.The comparative analysis of experiments found that: martial arts fitness activities enhance the body's immune system,reduce stress,help to treat and mitigate disease recurrence,have other medical and health effects,enhance people's self-confidence,improve interpersonal communication problems,improve the level of self-cultivation,and help those who practice to establish good interpersonal relationships,with good regulation and guidance.
