摘要
采用实验对照法,比较采用跳绳授课和正常体育课授课的教学活动练习对智障学生身体素质的影响。实验结果显示:30周的花样跳绳练习可以有效改善智障学生的身体机能,而且其力量、速度、灵敏柔韧性、反应能力都得到显著增强。
Contrasted method was applied conducting the experiment.Comparing rope skipping classes and normal activities in physical education had an impact on the mental deficiency children's physical attributes.Results showed that practicing rope skipping exercises for 30 weeks had an effective influence on improving children's physical conditions.Meanwhile,their physical strengths,speeds,sensitive flexibilities and reaction abilities were enhanced significantly.
