有氧运动对2型糖尿病大鼠血清Musclin含量的干预作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究2型糖尿病大鼠血清musclin含量的变化,并初步探讨游泳运动锻炼对2型糖尿病大鼠血清musclin含量的影响。方法:随机抽取8只大鼠作为正常对照组(C组,n=8),喂以标准普通饲料。19只2型糖尿病大鼠随机分为糖尿病对照组(DM组,n=9)和糖尿病运动锻炼组(DME组,n=10)。13周后检测大鼠FINS、FBG水平和血清musclin含量。结果:与C组相比,DM组大鼠血清胰岛素含量明显降低,空腹血糖水平显著增加,DM组大鼠血清musclin含量显著高于C组大鼠;与DM组相比,DME组大鼠血清胰岛素水平显著升高,空腹血糖水平较DM组显著降低;DME组大鼠血清musclin含量要显著低于DM组大鼠。结论:①2型糖尿病大鼠血清musclin含量升高,提示其可能在2型糖尿病发病过程中起着重要作用。②长期的有氧运动锻炼降低了2型糖尿病大鼠血清musclin的含量,从而改善了糖尿病症状。 Objective: This experiment researches on the changes of musclin content of type 2 diabetic rats in serum,and to explore the affects of aerobic exercise on the changes of musclin content.Methods:60 male SD rats,selected 8 randomly named as the control group(C)fed with ordinary diets,19 type 2 diabetes mellitus rats were randomly divided into two groups,named as DM group(n=9)and DME group(n=10).13 weeks' later,FINS、FBG and musclin in serum were measured.Results:Compared with C group,the insulin content in serum decreased significantly,the fast blood glucose increased remarkably in DM group.The musclin content in serum of DM group were obviously higher than C group.Compared with DM group,the insulin content in serum increased roughly,and the fast blood glucose decreased remarkably in DME group.The musclin content in serum of DME group were obviously lower than C group.Conclusions:①The musclin content in serum increased remarkably indicated that musclin might be played an important role in the process of type 2diabetes mellitus.②Long term aerobic exercise decreased the musclin content in serum and improve the symptoms of diabetes.
