《吕氏春秋》中的体育论述与养生思想探究

Study on Thought of Physical Culture and Regimen in Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals

采用文献资料法等研究方法,对《吕氏春秋》的体育及养生思想研究进行了研究。研究认为:《吕氏春秋》的体育及养生理论在很大程度上代表着战国时期的众多学派的理论观点,它肯定了体育对健康的积极作用,广泛地吸收了先秦诸子百家的养生思想,其"流水不腐,户枢不蠹"等健身思想至今仍在传承与发展,是集我国传统养生文化之大成的一部巨著。"察阴阳之宜"的"顺生"观、"食能以时,充虚而已"的饮食观、"我命在我不在天"的生死观、"成乐有具,必节嗜欲"的乐舞观等思想是其主要养生观点,著作同时对于体育的健身功能、军事功能和教育功能也进行了阐述。文章还指出了《吕氏春秋》养生思想的一些缺陷,建议要进行批判性的继承。

By studying classic literature the thought of physical culture and regimen in Lushih Chunchiu is explored.The theory of physical culture and regimen in Lushih Chunchiu represents theory and viewpoint prevailing in the Warring States Period and widely absorbs theories on regimen from many various philosophers during the Pre-Qin Period.So it could be called a great work that gets together Chinese traditional regimen culture.It showed that physical sports play an important role on health and the exercise thought such as ＇Running water is never stale and a door moving is unlikely to go bad＇ could be inherited and developed today.Its primary regimen theories are the following： viewpoint on life-obeying of ＇probing into the principle of Yin-Yang,the two opposing principles in nature＇;viewpoint on diet of ＇taking food on schedule and just allaying his hunger＇;viewpoint on life and death of ＇the destiny is owned by myself not by the heaven＇;viewpoint on music and dance of ＇the joy comes from the restraint on your excess desire ＇.The thought on function of body building,function of military and function of education of physical sports are also discussed in this work.However there are also some defect on the regimen thought which must be conditionally inherited.
