中亚位于欧亚大陆中部,自古以来就是东西文化交流的要冲。民族迁徙,文化变异,多种政治力量冲突,多种文化融合,使中亚在历史上形成独特的政治文化。苏联解体,五国独立,是中亚历史上又一次巨变。全球各种文化力量在中亚展开角逐,这不仅影响着中亚各国,也关系到中国。

The Central-Asia is in the caught between Europe and Asia, and has played an integral role in communication between the East and West. As ethnic groups have changed and cultures have evolved, many political conflicts and cultural fusions have sprung up in the area. As a result, the Central-Asia has developed a very unique political culture. The USSR＇s dissolve and the gained independence of many states was yet another stepping stone in the Central-Asia＇s development. Global superpowers are currently grappling for control in the Central-Asia; not only does this affect the Central-Asia, but it also affects China.
