哮喘小鼠肺组织TRPM8与TRPA1 mRNA的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察哮喘小鼠肺组织TRPM8与TRPA1 mRNA的表达。方法 SPF级雌性Balb/c小鼠16只,随机分为哮喘组和对照组,每组8只。哮喘组应用卵蛋白(OVA)建立哮喘小鼠模型,末次激发后留取肺组织,采用荧光实时定量RT-PCR技术检测支气管肺组织中TRPM8与TRPA1的mRNA表达水平。结果哮喘组肺组织中TRPM8与TRPA1 mRNA水平分别为(0.619 1±0.213 1)和(0.272 2±0.167 1),明显高于对照组(0.347 1±0.221 1和0.107 9±0.041 5),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘小鼠肺组织TRPM8与TRPA1 mRNA的表达上调,可能是冷刺激诱发哮喘发作的分子机制。
