乌司他汀注射液对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-10的影响

目的探讨乌司他汀注射液对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法将本院2008年6月～2011年4月收治的40例重症胰腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用乌司他汀注射液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及TNF-α、IL-10、APACHEⅡ评分的变化。结果治疗组痊愈13例,有效4例,总有效率为85.0%显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。且治疗组的TNF-α、APACHEⅡ评分IL-10的改善显著优于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论乌司他汀注射液能抑制TNF-α分泌,上调IL-10,治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果满意。

Objective To explore the influence of Ulinastatin Injection for severe acute pancreatitis patients of serum TNF alpha, IL-10. Methods Forty cases of severe acute pancreatitis from June 2007 to April 2011 in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given the routine treatment, the treatment group was given Ulinastatin Injection treatment on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy, TNF alpha, IL-10 changes of two groups were compared. Results Thirteen cases were healed, 4 cases were effective in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 85.0%, which was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. And the TNF alpha, IL-10 in the treatment group were improved significantly, which was better than 70.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin Injection can inhibit the TNF alpha secretion, raise IL-10, which is effective for treatment of severe acute pan- creatitis.
