盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的疗效。方法将AOPP患者98例随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗观察组和阿托品治疗对照组各49例,比较两组患者的疗效,不良反应、反跳及中间综合征(IMS)的发生率。结果观察组治愈率为97.96%,对照组治愈率为85.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.90,P<0.05);两组用药次数、中毒症状消失时间、胆碱脂酶(ChE)恢复时间、平均住院天数比较差异有统计学意义(t=20.630、29.540、11.661、5.376,P<0.001);观察组不良反应少,反跳及IMS发生率比对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.583,P<0.005)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗AOPP患者治愈率高,应用剂量和副作用小,能显著的降低毒物反跳及IMS发生率。

Objective To observe the curative effect of treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP） with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride. Methods Nity-eight cases of AOPP patients were randomly divided into Penehyclidine Hydrochloride treatment observation group and Atropine treatment control group for average. And compared the efficacy, adverse reactions, the incidence of rebound and intermediate syndrome （IMS） of the two groups. Results The cure rate ofobservation group was 97.96%, and the cure rate of control group was 85.71%. The difference was statistically significant （（X^=4.90, P 〈 0.05）. And the number of drugs, symptoms of poisoning time, cholinesterase （ChE） recovery time and the average of hospital stay of the two groups were statistically significant different （t = 20.630, 29.540, 11.661, 5.376, P 〈 0.001）. Compared with the control group, the adverse reactions, incidence of rebound and IMS of the observed group were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant （~=12.583, P 〈 0.005）. Conclusion The cure rate of treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride is high, and the application of dose and side effect are tiny. This treatment also can significantly reduce the toxic rebound and the incidence of IMS.
