中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效观察

Curative effect observation on combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将120例临床慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规抗炎西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用清热化瘀中药灌肠治疗。根据两组患者的症状、体征变化,比较两种方法治疗效果。结果两组治疗后患者各指标均有改善。治疗组总有效率及治愈率为90.00%、41.67%,对照组总有效率及治愈率为73.33%、23.33%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic pelvic inflamma- tion were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine clyster base on conventional antibiotics. Curative effect of two groups in accordance with symptoms and signs of patients were compared. Results The indexes of two groups were both better than those before treatment, the total effective rate and Cure rate of treatment group was respectively 90.00%, 41.67%, while those of the control group was respectively 73.33%, 23.33%, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation is good and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
