决明子醇提物对糖尿病小鼠氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究决明子醇提物对糖尿病小鼠氧化应激的影响。方法制备决明子提取物不同的萃取组分,对糖尿病小鼠灌胃给药30d后,记录各组小鼠体重、空腹血糖值,并测定小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果决明子醇提物各组分对糖尿病小鼠体重、血糖及抗氧化水平有不同程度的改善,与高糖组比,乙酸乙酯组分使血糖值和MDA含量明显降低、SOD活力极显著提高(P<0.01)。结论决明子醇提物可改善糖尿病小鼠氧化应激状态,其中乙酸乙酯组为最佳活性组分。 Objective To discuss the effect of the extraction from Semen Cassiae on oxidative stress in diabetic mice.Methods The diabetic mice was intragastrically administererd with extractions of Semen Cassiae for 30 days,body weight,fasting blood glucose were recorded and the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA was detected.Rusults Extractions from Semen Cassiae had different developments on weight,blood glucose and antioxidant levels.Compared with the diabetic model group,blood glucose and the concentration of MDA were decreased while SOD activity was significantly increased(P 0.01).Conclusion The extraction from Semen Cassia improved the state of oxidative stress in diabetic mice and extraction from ethyl acetate is the best active site.
